<strong>Lamiglas</strong> rods are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the<br />
lifetime of the original purchaser, unless otherwise stated*. This warranty is limited to<br />
the repair or replacement of the rod and does not cover consequential damages due<br />
to the failure of the rod unless they are specifically included under various state laws.<br />
Selected value-rods offer a one-year limited warranty.<br />
If your rod fails, send it in a disposable container, prepaid and insured, with DATED<br />
PROOF OF PURCHASE to:<br />

Please include a brief message explaining the problem with the rod, your return address,<br />
daytime phone number, and a check or money order in the amount of $20.00 in<br />
U.S. funds for return shipping and handling. If the return shipping length is over 9’ and/<br />
or if the destination is other than the United States or Canada, the actual return shipping<br />
cost will be assessed. If the problem is due to a defect in materials or workmanship,<br />
the rod will be repaired or replaced to you as quickly as possible. If the problem<br />
is due to an unfortunate accident, misuse, alteration or normal wear and tear, we will<br />
advise you of the cost of the repair or replacement and await your approval prior to<br />
proceeding. Please allow 10 working days for processing. This warranty is limited to<br />
the repair or replacement of the rod and does not cover consequential damages due<br />
to the failure of the rod unless they are specifically included under various state laws.<br />
Note: <strong>Lamiglas</strong> Dealers are not authorized to make warranty decisions. In order for your<br />
rod to obtain the proper warranty inspection and determination, the damaged rod must<br />
be sent to <strong>Lamiglas</strong> Warranty Service.<br />

Availability limited to rods manufactured after January 1st, 2007. See rod for date<br />
code, i.e. A=January, B=February, 7 is the year. January of 2007 is A7. Code is located<br />
immediately above foregrip.<br />
No questions asked direct replacement from <strong>Lamiglas</strong>. Send the rod and all sections*<br />
