Specifically, this telephone number is an unregistered number and has not been issued for
anyone’s use. When I called this number, a voice informed me that it was not registered and was
invalid.
9. I analyzed the physical address provided by Defendant Lin on the contact section
of the WHOIS record for the domain name tiffanyandcoparis.net, “tianjin, tianjin, 300000,
tianjin, CHINA,” and determined this address is invalid. A valid address in Tianjin, China must
include a street name, building name or number and a room number. I also attempted to contact
Defendant Lin via telephone at +1.8602231054120, the contact telephone number Defendant Lin
listed on the WHOIS registration for the website operating under the domain name
tiffanyandcoparis.net and determined the telephone number to be invalid. I determined this
number is invalid because it is not a registered telephone number in China. Specifically, this
telephone number is an unregistered number and has not been issued for anyone’s use. When I
called this number, a voice informed me that it was not registered and was invalid.
10. I analyzed the physical address provided by Defendant Lin on the contact section
of the WHOIS records for the domain names tiffany-deutschland.net and
tiffanyandcopascher.net, “1052 beijing, 361000, zhongguo, CHINA,” and determined this
address is invalid. A valid address in Beijing must include a street name, building name or
number and a room number. The address does not provide a correct street name or building
name. Specifically, “1052” is not a street name or building number in Beijing. Moreover,
“361000” is not a valid postal code in Beijing. I also attempted to contact Defendant Lin via
telephone at +1.8613866668888, the contact telephone number Defendant Lin listed on the
WHOIS registrations for the websites operating under the domain names tiffany-deutschland.net
and tiffanyandcopascher.net and determined the telephone number is a valid mobile phone
