AV METHOD OF PAYMENT:<br />
After delivery <strong>of</strong> materials <strong>and</strong> receipt <strong>of</strong> a proper invoice, addressed <strong>and</strong> billed in accordance<br />
with the purchase order, payment will be made in accordance with paragraph J Titled<br />
“Payment” <strong>of</strong> the General Terms <strong>and</strong> Conditions. In some cases payment may be made by<br />
via the credit card. Currently the Commonwealth uses a Master Card issued by Bank <strong>of</strong><br />
