UNDERTAKING BY THE APPLICANT
I, the undersigned, _______________________________ applying for admission to
the Indian Education Academy, Palampur, and Himachal Pradesh, India (hereinafter
referred to as “the Institution”) do hereby declare that:
1. All information submitted to the Institution vide the Application Form or otherwise in
any manner, is complete, factually correct and accurate to the best of my knowledge
and is authentic and in case it is found at any time that I have concealed, suppressed
or distorted any information/fact which would render me ineligible for admission and
my admission to the Institution shall stand cancelled. Also, in case any deviation is
found, I myself shall be responsible for the consequences thereof.
2. The Institution reserves the right to reject my application form in case not found fit
by the Institution.
3. I have read and understood all the contents of the Prospectus and agree to abide
by all the terms and conditions as prescribed by the Institution from time to time.
4. I have carefully read and considered the terms and conditions of the programme for
which I seek admission and have fully satisfied myself.
5. Fees once received will not be refunded in any case except in case of rejection of
admission.
6. I will adhere to all the Rules and Regulations as enforced from time to time by the
Institution.
7. I agree that the Institution reserves the right to frame, amend, revoke, repeal and
enforce the Rules and Regulations, as and when deem fit and it shall be my
responsibility to keep myself well versed and updated with the Rules and Regulations
applicable from time to time. The Institution shall not be responsible for informing me
separately in any manner.
8. I shall be responsible for all the consequences arising, in case anything goes wrong
or against the contents of the undertaking given or to be given to the institution and
the Institution shall not be liable in any manner.
9. In case of any dispute on any matter or for any unforeseen issues arising, that are
not covered in the Prospectus or otherwise, the decision of the competent authority of
the Institution shall be final and binding on me and others concerned.
10. Any dispute concerning the Institution would be subject to jurisdiction of competent
Courts at Palampur (District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India) only.
