IPSWICH STAMP FAIR (Qld)

This year Ipswich is celebrating
the sesquicentenary of the city.
This annual fair will be held at
the RSL Services Club, corner of
Down and Lowry Streets, North
Ipswich. Admission is FREE and
hours are 9am to 4pm.
There will be lucky door prizes,
raffl es, a bargain table and an
auction. Around 10 clubs with
circuit books will attend and
dealers will also be present.

“FISHER’S GHOST” (NSW)
CAMPBELLTOWN STAMP FAIR

The Campbelltown District
Philatelic Society will hold its
fi fth annual stamp fair at the
Campbelltown Civic Centre,
Queen Street, Campbelltown.
Admission is FREE. Hours
are 10am to 3.30pm with two
“sale by tenders” commencing
at 11.30am and 2pm. Light
refreshments will also be
available.
There will be two overprinted and
numbered products available at
the fair, or by mail order, while
stocks last – Fisher’s Ghost Series
VII overprinted booklet (one
barcode) and 5th Fisher’s Ghost
stamp fair overprinted minisheet.

WAGGA STAMP & COIN FAIR
(NSW)
22 & 23 November 2008
This event will be hosted by The
Wagga Stamp Club Inc. at the
Sturt Public School Hall, White
Avenue, Kooringal.
The fair will be open from 9am
to 4pm each day and admission
is FREE. There will be seven
dealers on hand to buy, sell and
offer valuations. Contact the

SCDAA PETERSHAM SUPER FAIR
(NSW)
30 November 2008
This very popular event will be
held at Petersham Town Hall,
107 Crystal Street (just one
block from the railway station).
Hours will be 9.30am to 4pm
and admission is $1 for adults
with children admitted FREE.
There will be 27 local and
interstate dealers buying and
selling stamps, banknotes,
coins, postcards, pins and other
collectables. Free valuations will
be available and there are fi ve
$50 door prizes to be won. A
cafeteria will operate on the day.
Souvenir Christmas booklets
can be purchased at the door
for $20 each, along with a
commemorative overprinted
booklet in two barcodes ($40 per
barcode pair). Available by mail
