Terms and Conditions:<br />
1. Terms are cash with each animal sold to highest bidder.<br />
2. The auctioneer will settle any bid disputes<br />
3. Announcements made from auctioneer stand will take precedence over printed<br />
materials in catalog.<br />
4. Each animal will be at the purchaser's risk as soon as sold and can be moved after release is<br />
issued.<br />
5. Cattle must be removed from the premises within 24 hours of the sale.<br />
6. Each buyer must be sure to give the clerk the proper name and address for making transfers.<br />
7. All sale lots are guaranteed breeders. Bulls are allowed to run with the herd before they are<br />
18 months of age are not guaranteed breeders.<br />
8. All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk. Neither the association, sale manager,<br />
property owners nor any other person connected with the management of the sale; assumes<br />
any liability for the safety of the premises or the behavior of the animals.<br />
