STANDARD TERMS FOR PICKS OF FLUSHES • 25% down, balance due at the time of selection at 4 months of age based on the youngest calf born. Blood typing to be done by the seller prior to selection. • Seller to be entitled to $4/day board for every day exceeding 4 months of age. In the event the desired sex is not obtained from the offering, the following steps will be taken to fulfill the purchase agreement: 1. The seller shall offer choice of another flush already implanted or a future flush by mutually agreeable sire. No interest will be charged and terms will remain the same. 2. In the event that the above cannot be resolved or in case of death of donor dam, full refund will be made to the buyer. TERMS OF SALE FOR FROZEN EMBRYO PACKAGES • Embryos will be sold on a per embryo basis times the number of embryos offered in the package. All embryos are graded #1 unless otherwise noted. • Every assistance will be given in helping to arrange delivery, but the final responsibility for shipping arrangements or pickup of the embryos is that of the buyer. • No embryos will be shipped or delivered until final payment has been received by the sale management. INTERNET BIDDING OFFERING ALL LOTS FOR INTERNET BIDDING This year we are offering all of the lots in the sale for internet bidding. • Bidding will open on Monday, March 8, 2010 at 12:00 PM and will close on Friday, March 12, 2010 at 8:00 PM. • The Carolina Classic Sale Staff will contact the high bidder from the internet auction for the live bid-off. • Live view and live internet bidding will be available on sale day. • No buyers premium for online buyers. • The online auction will be linked through www.holsteinworld.com and www.cowbuyer.com • Live view of the sale will be at www.cowbuyer.com
