have demonstrated a total inability to make e ntal compromises. This<br />

destructive to <strong>the</strong>ir emotional well-being.<br />

reasonable intelligence, underst<strong>an</strong>ding, age <strong>an</strong>d experience 3 a preference.<br />

Each <strong>child</strong> is capable of expressing a preference, <strong>an</strong>d, inde<br />

to be with each parent <strong>an</strong> equal amount of <strong>the</strong> time. The c<br />

expressed <strong>the</strong>ir views on <strong>this</strong> issue to <strong>the</strong> Court. During my intervie<br />

were never asked, directly or indirectly, to express <strong>an</strong>y opinion abo<br />

should not have <strong>the</strong>ir <strong>custody</strong>. <strong>In</strong> <strong>the</strong> Court's view, <strong>the</strong> <strong>child</strong>re<br />

<strong>child</strong>ren's best interests will be served by gr<strong>an</strong>ting <strong>the</strong>ir <strong>primary</strong><br />

mo<strong>the</strong>r with reasonable <strong>an</strong>d liberal visitation reserved to <strong>the</strong> fa<strong>the</strong>r.<br />

agree on <strong>an</strong> appropriate visitation schedule, <strong>the</strong> Court is prepared to r<br />

without fur<strong>the</strong>r hearings. The Court also request that if <strong>the</strong> parties de<br />

<strong>child</strong> support, that <strong>the</strong>y schedule one without del<strong>ay</strong>.
