31 ABACHI 88, DECAMP 91J, AKERIB 93, ALBRECHT 94F, BARATE 97C, and AR-<br />

TUSO 98 use D∗ (2010) + → <strong>D0</strong> π + decays. The π + is both slow and of low pT with<br />

respect to the event thrust axis or nearest jet (≈ D∗+ direction). The excess number<br />

of such π + ’s over background gives the number of D∗ (2010) + → <strong>D0</strong> π + events, and<br />

the fraction with <strong>D0</strong> → K− π + gives the <strong>D0</strong> → K− π + branching fraction.<br />

32 ALBRECHT 94 uses <strong>D0</strong> mesons from B0 → D∗+ ℓ− νℓ decays. This is a different set<br />

of events than used by ALBRECHT 94F.<br />

33 This AKERIB 93 value includes radiative corrections; without them the value is 0.0391 ±<br />

0.0008 ± 0.0017.<br />

34 SCHINDLER 81 (MARK-2) measures σ(e + e− → ψ(3770)) × branching fraction to be<br />

0.24 ± 0.02 nb. We use the MARK-3 (ADLER 88C) valueofσ=5.8±0.5±0.6nb. 35 PERUZZI 77 (MARK-1) measures σ(e + e− → ψ(3770)) × branching fraction to be<br />

0.25 ± 0.05 nb. We use the MARK-3 (ADLER 88C) valueofσ=5.8±0.5±0.6nb. Γ K 0 π0 /Γ K − π +<br />
