The experiences and the opportunities I was able to take
advantage of at Prep made me the person I am today. The
education and social awareness I received from Prep has allowed
me to grow into a well-rounded individual. In my eyes, there is not

been able to attend Prep, but I am extremely

As a single parent, I was very apprehensive when Eric chose
Prep. I wasn’t sure how we would afford it, yet I didn’t want him to be
disappointed that he wouldn’t be able to go to the high school he’d
always wanted to attend. I knew he had a great deal of potential
and that Prep would be the best place for his success.
We were very fortunate to receive financial aid.
With the aid and sacrifice on our part, Eric had
the best four years of his life thus far.
When Eric was chosen for the Henry Sullivan Award for 2007,
I knew that my lifelong teaching, and also that of Prep’s to “do
your best and be your best” had been successful. And without the
financial aid from Prep, none of this would have happened!

and they know that Creighton Prep will make

Our solution at Creighton Prep is to provide
financial aid to talented and qualified young men.
This year Prep will provide over $1.5 million in support to over 45% of
its students. I could not offer this help to our talented students and their
families without your help.
From its foundation in 1878, Creighton Prep welcomed talented young
men from different ethnic neighborhoods in Omaha. Today students come
from every zip code and from the four corners of our region to form an
economically and racially diverse community.
These students will be successful in life because of the Creighton Prep
investment in their present education. These young men will grow into men of
faith, scholarship, leadership and service in the Catholic and Jesuit tradition.

The average financial aid package for those students needing
additional assistance above and beyond the tuition subsidy.
BENEFACTOR - $1,700
To maintain a level of affordability, Prep has committed to a
$1,700 tuition subsidy for each student.
