radiatively cool <strong>in</strong> less than a<br />

Hubble time, but not enough<br />

cool gas is observed<br />

Burns (1990) noted most cool<br />

cores harbor powerful <strong>AGN</strong><br />

Fabian et al. (2005); Schmidt et al. (2002)<br />
