Say a warm Red Ledges “Hello” to Marianne
and Jim Maltman. Their three daughters are
off having busy lives while Mom and Dad are
all caught up in house design. How did they
decide on Red Ledges? “We saw the insert in the
Park Record,” Marianne recalls, “and thought
we’d drive down to look at the property.” They
were very thorough in their search for the
perfect spot in the ideal community. “We spent
lots of time visiting properties from Coalville,
Kamas and Park City to Midway and Heber.”
The rest is history. Red Ledges is where they
fell in love with a big gorgeous lot. “We have
terrifi c views and we love to play golf!” says
Marianne. In fact, even with designing their
new home, Marianne and Jim found time to
get out and enjoy our spectacular Jack Nicklaus
Signature golf course toward the end of the
season. Of course, they invited friends over
to check it out, too. The Maltmans are proud
parents to three athletic career-women ages
21 to 37 and they’re looking forward to their
eldest daughter’s second child in the spring.
“As the house develops, especially next year,
we look forward to all the activities that will
be available at the club,” Marianne concluded.
“Red Ledges will be our home base.”

This private event is bound to be a favorite with all the downhill buffs in your

Mushing in March! Dog sledding at Red Ledges. – Saturday, March 19th
How fun! The gorgeous trails of Red Ledges will be going to the dogs. Don’t
