Crab Supreme — also known as The Craig Swygman<br />

The crab is known to dote over its young as they swirl in tiny clouds around<br />

them. However, soon they drift away on the currents. 1st Tenor, Craig Swygman<br />

imagines he, thus, holds court over his minions. Despite his delusions, we love and<br />

humor him…and feed into his need!<br />

Ingredients<br />

12-oz. cream cheese (s<strong>of</strong>tened in a pan <strong>of</strong> warm water)<br />

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce<br />

2 tablespoons sour cream<br />

2 tablespoons lemon juice<br />

2 tablespoons (real) mayonnaise<br />

1 small onion (or 3 bulb onions) minced<br />

1 dash <strong>of</strong> garlic salt (7th ingred.)<br />

Heinz Chili Sauce<br />

61 /2-oz. can <strong>of</strong> white crab meat (Sea Fare) or imitation crab<br />

dried parsley<br />

assorted crackers for dipping<br />

Directions<br />

1. Blend fi rst 7 ingredients<br />

2. Spread on a shallow and elegant platter<br />

3. Spread chili sauce thinly over the cheese mixture<br />

4. Spread crab meat or small shrimp over the chili sauce<br />

5. Sprinkle the top, lightly, with chopped parsley<br />

6. Spread crackers out on a separate plate<br />
