• Incident objectives and priorities.<br />

• Current organization.<br />

• Resource assignments.<br />

• Resources ordered and en route.<br />

• Incident facilities.<br />

• Incident communications plan.<br />

• Incident prognosis, concerns, and other issues.<br />

• Introduction of Command and General Staff members.<br />
