Know all men by these Present that I Mary <strong>Spangler</strong> of the County of Franklin<br />
for <strong>and</strong> in consideration of the love good will <strong>and</strong> affection which I have <strong>and</strong><br />
do have towards my loving Friend John Nofsinger of the said County Former<br />
have given granted <strong>and</strong> by these Present so freely give grant unto the said<br />
John Nofsinger his Heirs <strong>and</strong> assigns forever all <strong>and</strong> singular all my goods<br />
Chattels now in my possession in the County of Franklin or else where namely<br />
all my Stock of Cattle, Hogs, sheep <strong>and</strong> horses all Bonds, Bills accounts <strong>and</strong><br />
