– with contrast there is increased signal intensity of<br />
normal pancreatic parenchyma<br />
– pancreatic carcinoma, which is hypovascular, is seen<br />
as a focal hypodense mass<br />
– pancreatic cancer is associated with dilation of bile duct<br />
(58%) or pancreatic duct (67%) or both (“double duct”<br />
sign)<br />
