FY 2010 Reductions and Rescissions Pursuant to P.L. 111-118 (<strong>Defense</strong>)<br />
Title VIII, Section 8026(f), directed a reduction <strong>of</strong> $125.2 million to amounts appropriated for federally funded research and development centers (FFRDC); section 8042<br />
rescinded a total <strong>of</strong> $1,244.1 million from amounts appropriated in 2008 and 2009; section 8097 reduced amounts appropriated in titles II, III, IV, and V by a total <strong>of</strong> $861.0<br />
million to reflect savings from revised economic assumptions; and section 8107 reduced amounts appropriated in title II by $400.0 million to reflect excess cash balances in<br />
Department <strong>of</strong> <strong>Defense</strong> Working Capital Funds. These reductions and rescissions have been distributed in accordance with <strong>the</strong> applicable provision to <strong>the</strong> appropriate<br />
account, and have been incorporated into all <strong>financial</strong> <strong>summary</strong> table displays <strong>of</strong> TOA, Budget Authority and Appropriations as follows:<br />
