1 Received grant from Gujarat Council for Science and <strong>Technology</strong> (GUJCOST) for<br />
research project on ‘Micro-controller based maximum power point tracking for<br />
photovoltaic system’ during the academic year 2007-2008.<br />
Participation in other activities:<br />
1 Acted as visiting faculty for the post graduate course at USIC centre at the V.N. South<br />
Gujarat University for the period 01/08/2005 till March 2010.<br />
2 Acted as visiting faculty for the post graduate diploma course on Industrial Automation<br />
during August 2007-Jan 2008.<br />
3 Energy audit<br />
4 Participated in designing the syllabus for PG course in Electrical <strong>Engineering</strong> for Gujarat<br />
Technological University.<br />
5 Examined several M.Tech/M.E. thesis at esteemed institutes like IIT and NIT.<br />
6 Reviewer for various International Journals like IEEE Transactions on Industrial Power<br />
Electronics, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems, IEEE Transactions on Smart<br />
Grid, and IET Renewable Power Generation.<br />
7 Acted as member <strong>of</strong> technical advisory committee for various conferences and chaired the<br />
sessions in various conferences.<br />
