Br. Dominic David Maichrowicz, O.P. The series will be
given on Mondays in October 5, 12, 19, and 26, 2009 at
7:00 pm in the Church. Poverty, hunger, disease, violence,
and war have threatened human life since the
Fall. But our own time has both elevated these ancient
threats to previously unimagined levels and found new
ways to imperil and destroy life. How do we respond to
these ever changing threats to human life especially at
its most vulnerable stages?
The Holy Family Cathedral Young Adults would like to
invite young adults (20s and 30s) to join us this
Wednesday, September 30, 6:30 pm, in the parish hall.
Br. Dominic will talk with us about praying the Liturgy of
Hours. Friday, October 2 nd at 7:00pm, we will gather in
the Cathedral for Adoration followed by Benediction.
After benediction we will meet for an informal social
get together. For more information about Young
