NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Ltd. Invites sealed tenders from the firms as per annexure-A
“Supply and Erection of model OHE in Training Institute Shastri
Park”.
1.1.1 Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Ltd. Invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for
the above-mentioned work as per following details:
Estimated cost of work : Rs. 5, 38,115/-(inclusive of all taxes)
Tender Security amount : Rs. 10,762.30/-
Cost of Tender form (Non- Refundable): Rs. 1050/- (Rs.1000 plus 5% VAT)
Completion period of the Work : 03 months (From Last date of Acceptance)
Last date & time of Submission Of Tender : 06.01.2012 at 1500 hrs
Date & time of opening of Tender : 15.30 hrs. On 06.01.2012.
The tender documents (non-transferable) can be obtained in all working days (from 10:00 hrs
to 16:00 hrs) from the office of Deputy General Manager/Train Operation, 1st Floor, DO
Building Shastri Park Depot Delhi-110053. Payment shall be made by demand draft
drawn in favour of DMRC Ltd. payable at New Delhi.
1.2 POINTS TO BE NOTED
1.2.1 Works envisaged under this contract are required to be executed in all respects up to
the period of completion mentioned above.
1.2.2 Single Tender call from OEM.
1.2.3 The mere fact that the tenderer is Pre-qualified as shall not imply that his bid shall
automatically be accepted. The same should contain all Financial & other details as
required for the consideration of tender.
