VOTED: By a unanimous vote, a quorum being present on Wednesday, <strong>April</strong> 9, <strong>2008</strong> the <strong>Town</strong> voted<br />
that all articles approved at this town meeting be funded as voted for a total <strong>of</strong> $129,057,762.26<br />
provided that no money shall be borrowed unless the <strong>Town</strong> shall have voted to exclude by Debt<br />
Exclusion the amounts necessary to pay for the bonds and notes from the provisions <strong>of</strong> Proposition 2 ½,<br />
so called, in the May <strong>2008</strong> Annual <strong>Town</strong> Election to fund Article 26 Capital Improvement Plan for the<br />
Department <strong>of</strong> Public Works and Article 27 Fire Rescue Department Capital Improvement.<br />
