COACH CATEGORY:<br />

A = <strong>Coach</strong>es who have taken at least one CIDP certification course (i.e. Associate <strong>Coach</strong><br />

Course, Associate <strong>Coach</strong> Seminar, 2007 Technical Update, Level 1, or Level 2) <strong>and</strong> would<br />

like to coach on the floor at a 2012 USAT competition.<br />

B = <strong>Coach</strong>es who have not taken any CIDP course since its inception in 2005 <strong>and</strong> would like to<br />

coach on the floor at a 2012 USAT competition.<br />

C = <strong>Coach</strong>es who have taken at least one CIDP certification course (i.e. Associate <strong>Coach</strong><br />

Quiz, Associate <strong>Coach</strong> Seminar, 2007 Technical Update, Level 1, or Level 2), but do not<br />

need a coaches’ pass for a 2012 USAT competition. The coaches under this category are<br />

only interested in pursuing coach certification through the accredited program of the NGB.<br />

D = <strong>Coach</strong>es who have not taken any CIDP course since its inception in 2005, but do not need<br />

a coaches pass for a 2012 USAT competition. The coaches under this category are only<br />

interested in pursuing coach certification through the accredited program of the NGB.
