The co rt having taken the matter into their serious Consideration doe approve of what the said<br />

to confirm the Purchaser in the possession, & Enjoym' of the Premisses, The said Tho. Sherman being<br />

their Fence &c. wherby they are much damnifyed by Cattle, & Hoggs <strong>com</strong>ing into their Corne, yo r Peticoner<br />

desiring yo r worw to appoint two underst<strong>and</strong>ing men to bear the whole matter & to view the<br />

L<strong>and</strong> w'" they were obliged to Fence; The co" orders vt the said ITainelle. & van Buys doe choose Indifferent<br />

persons of Neighbouring Townes to decide the Difference, <strong>and</strong> to make Report thereof to the<br />

next co rt
