Description: The mission of the Home is to ensure the healthy emotional,
mental and social development of children at risk, their families
and communities. They do this through an integrated system of
prevention, advocacy, research, and direct care services,
including: early childhood, adoption, foster care, clinical and
family support, residential care, special education, independent
living, and case management.

Description: Manages a health center and mental health clinic; street youth
outreach; court and probation consultative services; residential

Description: The Borum center provides young people between the ages of
13-27 with primary care services, mental health services (including
substance abuse treatment), HIV and STD testing as well as
additional clinical and social services. The center also offers
women’s health care that includes counseling, GYN and family
planning services. The center provides snacks, showers, a clothes
closet and T fare for medical and mental health appointments for
clients in need. Walk in hours are available 5 days a week. Health
care services are provided regardless of the client’s ability to pay.
