Hermès, galloping
to the moon
Elegance, sophistication and passion, these are
the French house’s key words, a house which has
had links with horse riding - the Hermès emblem
- since its inception. The sophisticated Arceau
model is perhaps the one which best represents
this world. Its classic strap with saddle stitch - the
house’s manufacturing trade mark - is unmistakable
as are its tilted numbers. And without taking
away any of the classic design created by its de-

signer Henri D’Origny in 1978, the new features
of Arceau Petite Lune are a deep blue disc showing
the lunar phases while the calendar indicates
the days showing the movements of the moon.
Its 38 mm case makes it more feminine and it is
available in luminous mother of pearl or black.
Its crocodile strap is stitched with the Hermès
brand’s characteristic stitching.

Vintage Original
Inspired by the world of aviation, the Bell & Ross
Vintage Original collection pays homage to the
World War Two aviators who considered their
wristwatches an indispensable tool for their missions.
Vintage BR 123 is available in automatic or
chronograph versions in straightforward lines,
satin effect case, curved glass and antique effect
strap - all of which echoes the classic lines of
the watches of the day. Vintage WW1-97 (Wrist
Watch 1) is, on the other hand, the evolution of
a Bell & Ross tradition, the pocket watch. Taking
its cue from 1920s aviation this collection aims to
recreate the thrills of those pilots who wore the
first wristwatches.
A 45 mm case, curved, anti-reflex glass, a thin but
strong strap - a piece of the past which is contemporary
