Please refer to Annex I at the last page of this <strong>schedule</strong> <strong>for</strong> in<strong>for</strong>mation on<br />
the FEI Online Entry System<br />
All Athletes & Horses participating in any International competition must<br />
be registered with the FEI.<br />
IMPORTANT - Entry <strong>for</strong>ms must inclu<strong>de</strong> the following in<strong>for</strong>mation on:<br />
Horse/Pony: • name • date of birth • breed • country of birth • stud-book<br />
initials<br />
• (FEI) Passport number/FEI ID • colour • sex • name(s) of owner(s)<br />
Athlete: • name • gen<strong>de</strong>r • date of birth • FEI ID number<br />
Entries in Principle:<br />
Nominated Entries: 28/03/<strong>2013</strong><br />
Definite Entries: 04/04/<strong>2013</strong><br />
Last date <strong>for</strong> substitutions: 11/04/<strong>2013</strong> until one hour prior to the<br />
horse inspection<br />
Entry fee per horse: 275 €<br />

NO-SHOWS/LATE WITHDRAWALS:<br />
“NB: Withdrawals or no-shows after the date of <strong>de</strong>finite entries will be<br />
held liable to reimburse the OC <strong>for</strong> the actual financial loss incurred by<br />
the OC (i.e. stabling and hotel expenses) as a result of the late<br />
withdrawal or no-show. The amount to be charged will be 100 €<br />
