Watters Conducts
‘Movies Rock’
Fergie will perform “Live And Let Die” from the James Bond film, and
Mary J. Blige and John Legend are on board to sing “As Time Goes
By” from Casablanca. Usher, fresh off a successful Broadway run in
“Chicago,” will sing and dance his way through “Singin’ In the Rain”,
and John Williams will conduct a medley of Academy Award winning
and nominated scores. The finale will feature vocal legend, Tony Bennett
singing “White Christmas.”
In addition to performances, the event features Hollywood presenters
and speakers including Charlize Theron, Harrison Ford, Billy
Bob Thornton, Danny Devito, Matthew Broderick, Quentin Tarantino,
Shirley MacLaine, Cuba Gooding, Jr., Rita Moreno, John C. Reilly,
Jenna Fischer, and more. The event will air on CBS on December 7 at
9:00 PM EST/PST.
