Te Ohu Kai Moana Trustee Ltd has agreed to act as <strong>the</strong> Trustee <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Maori</strong> <strong>Commercial</strong><br />
<strong>Aquaculture</strong> <strong>Settlement</strong> Trust, and will be allocating all aquaculture settlement assets in<br />
accordance with The <strong>Maori</strong> <strong>Commercial</strong> <strong>Aquaculture</strong> <strong>Claims</strong> <strong>Settlement</strong> Act 2004.<br />
