13.1. Visitors´ Terrace in Terminal 2<br />
Enjoy an impressive panoramic view <strong>of</strong> operations at the airport from the Visitors Terrace in Terminal 2. Right under you, jumbos<br />
dock at the gates and are readied for their next flight. Peer through telescopes at the planes landing and taking <strong>of</strong>f on the<br />
parallel runways in front <strong>of</strong> you.<br />
Open daily between April and November from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission until half an hour before closing time. Present a<br />
Visitors Terrace admission ticket purchased the same day for a price reduction on the Mini Tour.<br />

For groups <strong>of</strong> 25 persons or more that register in advance, we <strong>of</strong>fer a varity <strong>of</strong> tours, on request also in languages other than<br />
German. To top it <strong>of</strong>f, you are invited to take in the panoramic view from our Visitors' Terrace in Terminal 2, admission is<br />
included in the tour price.<br />
13.2.1. Mini Tour / 45 minutes for individuals (without advance booking)<br />

This compact tour <strong>of</strong> <strong>Frankfurt</strong> <strong>Airport</strong>s highlights specifically targets visitors who only have limited time. You go by bus onto the<br />
apron and drive past the terminals to experience the wide variety <strong>of</strong> airlines and aircraft types. Jets take <strong>of</strong>f and land on one side;<br />
on the other, they are fueled, loaded, and boarded by passengers. Your bus stops a number <strong>of</strong> times among the jumbos and<br />
tractors. Your experienced tour guide explains the operations and answers your questions.<br />
From April to November, the price includes admission to the Visitors Terrace on the day <strong>of</strong> your tour. Group tours can also be<br />
booked in English and some other languages; please inquire.<br />
You can purchase tickets at the tour counter in the <strong>Frankfurt</strong> <strong>Airport</strong> City Mall in Terminal 1, Level 0 daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.<br />
Tours leave at 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m., and 4 p.m. on weekdays and additionally at 11 a.m. and 12 noon on weekends and public<br />
holidays as well as during school holidays in the state <strong>of</strong> Hesse.<br />
