13.1. Visitors´ Terrace in Terminal 2
Enjoy an impressive panoramic view of operations at the airport from the Visitors Terrace in Terminal 2. Right under you, jumbos
dock at the gates and are readied for their next flight. Peer through telescopes at the planes landing and taking off on the
parallel runways in front of you.
Open daily between April and November from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission until half an hour before closing time. Present a
Visitors Terrace admission ticket purchased the same day for a price reduction on the Mini Tour.

For groups of 25 persons or more that register in advance, we offer a varity of tours, on request also in languages other than
German. To top it off, you are invited to take in the panoramic view from our Visitors' Terrace in Terminal 2, admission is
included in the tour price.
13.2.1. Mini Tour / 45 minutes for individuals (without advance booking)
Several times a day be spontaneous
This compact tour of Frankfurt Airports highlights specifically targets visitors who only have limited time. You go by bus onto the
apron and drive past the terminals to experience the wide variety of airlines and aircraft types. Jets take off and land on one side;
on the other, they are fueled, loaded, and boarded by passengers. Your bus stops a number of times among the jumbos and
tractors. Your experienced tour guide explains the operations and answers your questions.
From April to November, the price includes admission to the Visitors Terrace on the day of your tour. Group tours can also be
booked in English and some other languages; please inquire.
You can purchase tickets at the tour counter in the Frankfurt Airport City Mall in Terminal 1, Level 0 daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tours leave at 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m., and 4 p.m. on weekdays and additionally at 11 a.m. and 12 noon on weekends and public
holidays as well as during school holidays in the state of Hesse.
