Record-Breaking Unbilled Revenue above RM1.2<br />

billion and 2 En Bloc Sales<br />

A condominium block in Sunway South Quay was sold en<br />

bloc to CI Korea Co. Ltd. in December 2007 for RM171 million.<br />

This condominium block known as Residential Condominium<br />

4 (RC4), is situated on a 3.6-acre plot of land and will comprise<br />

249 condominium units with various facilities. RC4 will be<br />

specially developed for the South Korean community.<br />

At the same time, Sunway Palazzio Block B in Sri Hartamas<br />

was sold to Radiant Splendour Sdn Bhd for RM219 million in<br />

January 2008.<br />

Both en bloc sales have enabled SunCity to achieve a record<br />

of unbilled sales of above RM1.2 billion in the first half of the<br />

financial year.<br />
