Eligibility: Recipients must be admitted or enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program of<br />

study in an accredited four-year college or university in the United States. They must maintain<br />

good academic standing and make progress toward a degree.<br />

Notes: The selection committee looks for candidates who value tolerance, compassion and<br />

respect for all people in their communities, and who have demonstrated their commitments to<br />

these values by their actions.<br />

Chicana/Latina Scholarship<br />

Eligibility: Chicana/Latina women who have resided for at least two years in one of the listed<br />

Northern California counties. Undergraduate Chicana/Latina students must be enrolled as a<br />

full-time college student, have completed a minimum of 12 college semester units after high<br />

school graduation, and have at least a 2.5 GPA. Graduate students must provide verification of<br />

acceptance to a graduate school. Provide undergraduate transcripts. All candidates must have<br />

demonstrated leadership and civic/community involvement.<br />
