Eligibility: Recipients must be admitted or enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program of
study in an accredited four-year college or university in the United States. They must maintain
good academic standing and make progress toward a degree.
Notes: The selection committee looks for candidates who value tolerance, compassion and
respect for all people in their communities, and who have demonstrated their commitments to
these values by their actions.

Eligibility: Chicana/Latina women who have resided for at least two years in one of the listed
Northern California counties. Undergraduate Chicana/Latina students must be enrolled as a
full-time college student, have completed a minimum of 12 college semester units after high
school graduation, and have at least a 2.5 GPA. Graduate students must provide verification of
acceptance to a graduate school. Provide undergraduate transcripts. All candidates must have
demonstrated leadership and civic/community involvement.
