3.2.8 Organizational Status and
Affiliations with Other Institutions
Describe all existing or pending agreements between your organization and any
other Public or Private Institutions, including:
Accreditation Agreements;
Letters of Agreement;
Affiliation/Brokering Agreements; and/or
Certificate of Incorporation.
Signed copies of those agreements must be attached as appendices to the
proposal.
In addition, attach all documents demonstrating that your organization is in
good standing, such as current licences and/or registration certificates.
3.2.9 Budget Explanation
As described in section 3.1.4, a budget should be attached to the proposal. If
any explanation of the budget is required, include information explaining
budget items and their necessity.

student tuition, student books and supplies, student travel,
student daycare, core funding, curriculum development,
program coordinator/administrator salaries, governance authority
stipends or per diems.
