‘The hut has been much admired by the many hundreds of visitors to the garden.’ The <strong>Plankbridge</strong> hut has a 75mm insulated cavity throughout, a development of which any Victorian shepherd would have been glad. We use Earthwool fleece as standard, a breathable carbon-neutral insulation made from 80% recycled bottles. Our windows are made from Douglas fir grown on The National Trust’s Stourhead Estate. They are double-glazed and have lead flashing all around, dressed over the exterior cladding for a weather-tight seal.
