prescribed by Guru Gobind Singh can not be changed by the <strong>Sikh</strong>s, as it<br />
is not provided by <strong>Sikh</strong> collective decision. It is a part <strong>of</strong> <strong>Sikh</strong><br />
<strong>Religion</strong> to be m<strong>and</strong>atory for <strong>Sikh</strong>s under the comm<strong>and</strong>ments <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Tenth Guru <strong>and</strong> so made part <strong>of</strong> the rehat maryada.<br />
Second, that the change to be made should not be in violation <strong>of</strong>,<br />
any teachings <strong>of</strong> the ten <strong>Sikh</strong> Gurus <strong>and</strong> Guru Granth Sahib, <strong>and</strong> any established<br />
<strong>Sikh</strong> tradition or religious practice followed from the times <strong>of</strong> <strong>Sikh</strong> Gurus, to<br />
Which <strong>Sikh</strong>s are bound to follow.<br />
It needs no emphasis that no <strong>Sikh</strong> should criticize the <strong>Sikh</strong> rehat<br />
Maryada till any change is made by the <strong>Sikh</strong>s as mentioned above, on<br />

by it, every <strong>Sikh</strong> should try to attain the higher values <strong>of</strong> <strong>Sikh</strong><br />
<strong>Religion</strong> <strong>and</strong> live in the truthful living in <strong>Sikh</strong> way <strong>of</strong> life.<br />
