coNFErENcE BaDgES<br />
Delegates must wear badges at all times for admission to all events. You can pick up your conference name badge<br />
at the registration desk.<br />
rEgIStratIoN<br />
The registration desk is located on Level 1.<br />
Registration hours are:<br />
Tuesday 9.00 – 17.30<br />
Wednesday 8.00 – 19.00<br />
Thursday 8.30 – 18.00<br />
Friday 8.30 – 17.30<br />
EvaluatIoNS<br />
We value your comments and feedback. Please fill out<br />
the evaluation forms provided at each session and return<br />
them to our staff when exiting the session. Also, get your<br />
free conference t-shirt by filling out the overall conference<br />
evaluation form that will be handed out on Friday and<br />
returning it to a staff member at the registration desk.<br />
luNcHES aND rEFrESHmENt BrEaKS<br />
The conference provides delegates with lunches and<br />
refreshment breaks between breakout sessions for all three<br />
days of the conference. See the daily schedule for exact<br />
times and locations.<br />
moBIlE DEvIcE polIcy<br />
For the convenience and consideration of all delegates, we<br />
ask that you silence all mobile telephones while you are<br />
in a session.<br />
SmoKINg polIcy<br />
Smoking is not allowed in any indoor area of the congress<br />
center. It is permitted on the outside balconies on Levels 1<br />
and 2 and outside Level 0.<br />

cloaKroom<br />
A cloakroom is located on Level 0. Limited luggage<br />
storage will also be offered on the last day of the<br />
conference. These services are available on a first-come,<br />
first-served basis and are free of charge.<br />
EmaIl/INtErNEt StatIoNS<br />
We have set up convenient email stations and wireless<br />
networking areas. The SSID of ‘SAPinsider’ will be<br />
broadcast, but laptops must be configured with an<br />
802.11b card accepting DHCP. The network will<br />
always be up, but there may be service interruptions.<br />
Please contact your company Network Administrator<br />
for wireless connection assistance. For ease of use and<br />
maximum functionality, this network is not secured and<br />
individuals are responsible for security on their own<br />
workstation. Use of mail encryption, anti-virus software,<br />
personal fire-wall, and VPN applications is recommended.<br />
Technical support is not available for systems. Please<br />
report network-related problems to the conference<br />
registration desk.
