Derek Loville (1986-89) — Oregon’s career rushing<br />
(3,296) and scoring (272) leader became school’s first player<br />
to pace Ducks’ rushing attack four straight seasons, assisting<br />
program to first post-season bid in 26 years…Also holds<br />
school records for career touchdowns (45) and all-purpose<br />
yardage (5,223)…One of only four players in school history<br />
to run for more than 1,200 yards in a single season, generated<br />
100 yards or more on the ground 11 times…The 10-<br />
year NFL veteran accumulated 1,674 yards rushing and 16<br />
touchdowns after breaking in with Seattle as a free agent in 1990, with stops<br />
also in San Francisco, Denver and St. Louis…Enjoyed best professional season in<br />
1995, running for 723 yards and tying team record with 10 TDs for 49ers…Also<br />
tied for fifth in NFL history for most one-season catches by a back (87).<br />

Chris Miller (1983-86) — The Pac-10’s first quarterback<br />
to receive consecutive first-team all-league honors in 16<br />
years set no fewer than 13 Oregon records…Threw for 42<br />
touchdowns and 6,841 yards as a collegian while connecting<br />
on 60.7 percent of his passes…Selected 13th overall by<br />
Atlanta in the 1987 NFL draft, led the Falcons to the playoffs<br />
in 1991 and was a Pro Bowl selection after throwing<br />
for 3,103 yards and 26 touchdowns during the regular season…Completed<br />
10-year professional career with Denver<br />
in 1999 following a three-year hiatus, accumulating 19,320 yards and 123 touchdowns<br />
with Atlanta, the Los Angeles/St. Louis Rams and the Broncos.<br />

Chris Miller<br />
John McKay (1948-49) — Overshadowed by his coaching<br />
prowess, spending nine seasons as an Oregon aide<br />
(1950-58) and 16 years as USC head coach (1960-75), still<br />
owns Oregon career per-carry record (6.1 avg.)…The Purdue<br />
transfer led Ducks in scoring (48 points) for the Pacific<br />
Coast Conference co-champions his first year…Initiated<br />
illustrious coaching career immediately following playing<br />
days, tutoring alma mater’s career rushing leader…Migrated<br />
as Trojans’ assistant (1959) before beginning head<br />
coaching run that culminated in four national championships and national<br />
coaching accolades (1972)…Coached Tampa Bay in the NFL for nine seasons<br />
(1976-84), earning NFL coaching honors his first year…Inducted into National<br />
Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame (1987), West Virginia’s sports Hall<br />
of Fame (1992) and three-time Oregon honoree (1993, ‘94 and ‘95).<br />
Alex Molden (1992-95) — Few players have made the<br />
impact as the four-year honoree who broke into the starting<br />
lineup in his first game as a redshirt freshman…Accumulated<br />
206 career tackles and 11 interceptions while<br />
opening 44 outings…The two-time first-team all-conference<br />
choice culminated collegiate career earning firstteam<br />
All-America honors, and was central <strong>com</strong>ponent<br />
for defenses which fueled school’s Rose and Cotton Bowl<br />
berths…A nine-year NFL veteran, he ended his career with<br />
totals of 263 solo tackles, 39 assists, 12 interceptions and seven forced fumbles<br />
for New Orleans (1996-2000), San Diego (2001-02) and Detroit (2003) after being<br />
selected as the 11th pick by the Saints in the 1996 drafts…Was inducted into the<br />
Oregon Hall of Fame in 2008.<br />
Bill Musgrave (1987-90) — Recognized as the central<br />
figure responsible for initiating the most prosperous era<br />
in Oregon history…School’s career record-holder (passing<br />
and total offense) remains as one of six quarterbacks<br />
in league history to throw for 8,000 yards and 60 or more<br />
TDs…Led Ducks to their first bowl appearance in 26 years<br />
(1989), surpassing school standards for single-season passing<br />
yardage (3,081) and TDs (22)…Accumulated 8,343 yards<br />
passing while <strong>com</strong>pleting 57.3 percent of his attempts, including<br />
489 yards passing at BYU…The first-team all-conference quarterback<br />
(1990) also was selected GTE Academic All-American of the Year…Drafted in the<br />
fourth round by Dallas before embarking on six-year NFL career with San Francisco<br />
and Denver…Following his playing career, served NFL coaching stints with<br />
Oakland (1997), Philadelphia (1998) and Carolina (1999-2000) before returning<br />
to the collegiate scene as offensive coordinator at the University of Virginia<br />
(2001-02)…Returned to the NFL in 2003 as offensive coordinator at Jacksonville<br />
(2003-04) before a one-year stint coaching quarterbacks with the Washington<br />
Redskins (2005). Has served in his current role as quarterbacks coach for the Atlanta<br />
Falcons since 2006.<br />
