a set point of 42ºF which is best used for storing
dry goods such as breads and baking ingredients
and preserving the freshness of spices.
Temperature range between 45ºF and 55ºF
with a set point of 50ºF which is the optimal
temperature to maintain the freshness of root
vegetables including potatoes and onions, lemons,
limes, melons, peppers, beans, cucumbers and cut
vegetables.
The U-Select ® Control Quick Chill feature
can be used to rapidly chill to the lowest
temperature setting in each mode for a
designated period of time - this feature is
available on all modes except Red Wine mode.
