Mr. Cameron has been named a Michigan Super Lawyer annually since 2006. He is an elected member of both the American Law Institute and the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. Barron K. McCaffrey McDermott Will & Emery New York, NY Carlyn S. McCaffrey focuses her practice on tax and estate planning for high net worth individuals. A partner in the firm, she is co-leader of the private client practice in the firm’s New York office. An adjunct professor of law at New York University School of Law and the Miami Law School, she serves on the advisory committee of the University of Miami’s Philip E. Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning and the board of directors of the ACTEC Foundation. Ms. McCaffrey has been listed in each of the past 17 years in “The Best Lawyers in America” for trusts and estates. Sanford I. Finkel MD University of Chicago School of Medicine Wilmette, IL Dr. Sanford I. Finkel is a professor of clinical psychiatry at the University of Chicago School of Medicine. Three-time board certified in geriatric psychiatry, he is the founder of the American Association for Geriatric Psychiatry and co-founder of the International Psychogeriatric Association (IPA) and the American Psychiatric Association (APA) Council on Aging. He has recently published articles on testamentary capacity and undue influence, the role of the geriatric specialist in regards to the marginal testator, and challenges for attorneys surrounding contested wills.
