Results<br />

Moisture c<strong>on</strong>tent lost and dry weight <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the<br />

B. <str<strong>on</strong>g>bassiana</str<strong>on</strong>g> culture <strong>on</strong> <strong>rice</strong><br />

Table 1 shows the results <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> moisture loss during air drying<br />

<str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>rice</strong> substrate use <strong>to</strong> culture two B. <str<strong>on</strong>g>bassiana</str<strong>on</strong>g> isolates<br />

for spore producti<strong>on</strong> throughout four different harvest<br />

times and the final dry weight. Initially, the weight <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the<br />

<strong>rice</strong> used as substrate plus B. <str<strong>on</strong>g>bassiana</str<strong>on</strong>g> liquid inoculum <strong>to</strong><br />

start the fungus culture was 200 g wet weight per plastic<br />

bag and the weight was recorded just prior <strong>to</strong> first<br />
