THE POST DISPATCH Questions on New Draft Regulations Answered Q Is every local draft board bound to follow the new policies announced last Thursday? A. National headquarters believes that the boards, by and large, wilt attempt to carry out the principles lakl down. Q. Does this moan that no men 30 and over in essential Indus-tri- es will be dratted until further notice? A. As a general thing, yes.
