• For the remaining 2 months of year 2012 only 25% of
the annual quota would be available for duty free
access.
• EU importers will apply to the Custom Authorities of
the relevant EU Member states to avail the benefit of
TRQ on First Come First Served basis.
• These requests by the EU importers for TRQ will be
entertained with reference to the date on which the
custom declaration is accepted by the authorities of
the concerned EU Member States.
