The first <strong>Audi</strong> – the car with which August<br />
Horch would reinvigorate the automotive<br />
industry in 1910 with a new name. When<br />
translated into Latin, the name “Horch”<br />
became “<strong>Audi</strong>”. A vehicle of this type made<br />
in 1911 is the oldest <strong>Audi</strong> that has been<br />
preserved. It is currently at the National<br />
Technical Museum in Prague.
