Topic: Understanding the process of organizational unlearning in the context of information technology substitute Method: Qualitative Status and future steps: The study tries to understand how organizations deal with their wide range of sociotechnical dependencies that they have to adapt them when they substitute their obsolete IT with new technologies. Various cases in different contexts such as healthcare system (hospitals), software companies, and public administration system are conducted.
