Motivation Station 2
Pin the Tail on the Monkey
This station is designed to help girls
understand that constructing a plan (by
setting goals) is vital for capturing their
dreams.
Supplies needed
Monkey poster and tail cut-outs (provided at end of this guide)
Push pins or tape (depending on the surface behind the poster)
Bandana or other fabric to use as blindfold
Simple Preparation
Print the monkey poster and tail cut-outs
Cut out the tails. Pre-tape, if necessary
Attach the monkey poster to wall or bulletin board at a height accessible to the girls
Instructions
One by one: Blindfold a girl. Gently spin her in a circle. Then ask her to pin the tail on the monkey.
Let the last girl pin the tail on the monkey without being blindfolded.
