Modular Bar Die offers the customer the option of installing a cantilever system, utilizing the Prestige series of quality underbar. Each section of Prestige equipment is attached to the bar die wall eliminating the need for legs. All of the electrical, plumbing and soda lines are installed out of sight in the bar die wall. The bar is assembled and divided into sections for shipment. The crated sections will arrive on the job site ready for installation. Simply set the sections in place, level, then secure the sections together and attach to the floor. It’s that simple. Imagine the installation, labor costs and time you will save. The structure on the bartender’s side is completely fabricated of stainless steel. The actual bar die is fabricated of heavy gauge galvanized steel with cutouts for plumbing and beer lines. Junction boxes are located on each section. Once the bar die is installed, the millwork can be set in place. The outside panels, located in a channel under the bar top, slide out. The panels attach at the bottom using simple clips on the provided vertical hat channels. If there is ever a plumbing or electrical problem, access to the frame is a snap! 1) Uncrate and set into place. 4) Secure to floor. 2) Bolt together with self tapping screws. 3) Level with shims. 5) Silicone seams. 6) Install plumbing, electrical and soda lines. These pieces can be attached directly to the bar structure or simple clips can be attached to the front panel that slide onto a horizontal anchor. These pieces can be pre-fabricated and installed immediately after the bar installation is complete. The look of the bar is now beautifully coordinated with the decor.
