Britain<br />
Almost 3,500 kept the Feast of<br />
Tabernacles at five location~ in the<br />
British Isles this year. While in the<br />
past the whole British membership<br />
came to Minehead, 'Engl<strong>and</strong>, for the<br />
Feast. this· year Feastgoers u-sed five<br />
resort areas.<br />
The sites <strong>and</strong> number registered<br />

southern coa~t of Engl<strong>and</strong>. 730 <strong>and</strong><br />

The Aviemore Centre, where services<br />
were held, is a modem complex<br />
with facilities for swimming,. ice<br />
skating <strong>and</strong> go-karting <strong>and</strong> dancing,<br />
as well as hotels, restaurants <strong>and</strong> a<br />
theater. .<br />
Outdoor-activities included horseback<br />
riding, hiking, mountaineering,<br />
fishing, sightseeing <strong>and</strong> trips to J..och<br />
Ness, an hour's drive away.<br />
Members -sampled every type of<br />
Scottish weather, from bright s~shine<br />
to a six-inch snowfall on<br />
nearby peaks. .<br />
It was the first Feast for about 30<br />

of Santiago, was a Feast site for<br />

party, civic reception, variety show,<br />
dance. teenagers' sing-alo!lg an~<br />
trips on a steam-powered train.<br />
At Kenmare. a small fishing resort,<br />
the loeal newspaper featured a<br />
favorable editorial about the<br />
Worldwide Church of God. The<br />
writer of the article attended a·service<br />
Sept. ~O <strong>and</strong> reported, "I haye never<br />

several Bible.studies.<br />
Activities included parlor games<br />
<strong>and</strong> a visit to a music museum.<br />
Beautiful fall weather prevailed.<br />

Oaxtepec, a resort near Cuautla,<br />

adults <strong>and</strong> 100 children from Mexico.<br />
