LOCATION<br />
Clydebank is located approximately 8 miles to the north west of Glasgow on the north bank of the<br />
River Clyde. The town has a resident population of approximately 30,000 with a catchment within a<br />
10 minute drive time of 167,000 people, 20 minutes 704,000 and 30 minutes 1,330,000.<br />

The other occupiers on the Park are a MacDonalds Fast Food Restaurant and Poundstretcher Limited.<br />
