Lunches are included in the fees and will be served on table at the “College Arzobispo Fonseca”. See map for location, it is 10-
15 minutes from the Venue. To ensure that the scheduled sessions are followed, lunch will be served for all participants at the
same time. Please do not arrive later.

MONDAY 20 20.00 hours Concert. Auditorium Colegio Arzobispo Fonseca.
WEDNESDAY 22, 16.30 Outing to (Buses will depart in front of the Colegio Arzobispo Fonseca):
La Alberca
Peña de Francia (depending on available time and wheather)
20:30 Dinner Abadía de los Templarios
24:00 Return to Salamanca
THURSDAY 23. 21:00 hours Walking Guided visit (With TUNA accompaniment, tentative)

Sunday 19 16.00-19:30 will be open at the lobby of the HOTEL ABBA FONSECA
Monday 20- Friday 24 During conference hours and open at 08:30

A registered participants is allowed to present one paper. Exceptionally more presentation for one registered participant
could be accepted, please contact EVC-11 Co- Chairman
