Conclusions
• We have discussed multiuser MIMO communications
systems from the perspective of radio resource arrangement
and place emphasis on user scheduling and channel
assignment correctly.
• Main point: If we utilize the degree of freedom in the user
domain cleverly, we can deliver many advantages to MU-
MIMO and network MIMO:
– enhancing coverage and capacity simultaneously;
– Improving robustness to channel variations;
– Reducing the necessity of large number of cooperative
cell site.
