Singapore Airshow 2014
Welcome
Dear Sir or Madam,
Welcome to Germany’s presentation at this
year’s Singapore Airshow! Meanwhile, this important
aerospace trade show takes place for
the 4th time at the impressive, highly modern
Changi Exhibition Centre.
The German aerospace industry has been taking
part in this exhibition and in its predecessor show for many years now. Our
motivation to contribute lies at hand: Within only a few years, Singapore Airshow has
developed into Asia’s largest and one of the world’s top three aerospace and defence
events. It brings together heads of the international aviation and industry community,
including key political and military leaders.
Singapore Airshow proves to be one of the world’s indispensable exchange platforms
for international OEMs, suppliers, operators and political decision-makers. All
these assets make Singapore Airshow a central business hot spot for South-East
Asia and the Asia-Pacific region as well as a key platform for German and European
aerospace companies outside their home markets. With this background, it might not
be a surprise that German companies are strongly attracted by the Singapore Airshow.
This year, a total of 21 companies will be united under the roof of the German
Pavilion with almost 450 square meters at this global business hot spot. Another 10
will be having individual displays. Our exhibitors – among those a lot of mid-sized
companies and supplier brands – are covering an extensive range of skills, products
and services, which contribute to our national aerospace industry’s reputation as
technology-driver and branch of excellence in engineering and manufacturing. They
offer leading-edge products, up-to-date production facilities and a highly qualified,
experienced workforce. All exhibiting German aerospace companies are rising to
the challenges of changing international market environments through excellent
performance and high competitiveness, coupled with a background of international
industrial cooperation for many years. Come and visit us on the German stand, booth
number K93 and get a picture of our scope of competences. We are looking forward
to seeing you at the Singapore Airshow 2014 from February 11 to 16.
Best regards,
